Shipping General
1. All parcels from Korea Haircare are shipped directly from South Korea.
2. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours from the time of purchase.
3. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses in United states
 
Track & Trace
When orders are shipped, we email customers their tracking numbers. These emails include both order details and shipment tracking information.
 
Shipping Couriers
*Express (3~5 days) : FedEx, UPS, DHL
*Standard (5~15 days) : USPS, Evri, GLS, DPD, Aramex, Post office, etc

1. Lost Parcel
  • Customer Obligation: If the delivery status is marked as “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received, customers must notify us within 30 days, so we can initiate an inquiry with the shipping company.
  • Provision of Evidence: Customers are required to provide proof of any issues encountered, such as photographs.
  • Refund Eligibility: A refund can only be processed if the shipping company officially declares the parcel as “Lost.”
  • Exceptions: The shipping company is not liable for stolen or missing packages after delivery to the recipient’s correct address, and no refund or redelivery will be provided in such cases.
2. Tax Payment Refusal
  • Customs Duty Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs duties as stated in the “Shipping Notice.” If the customer refuses to pay these duties, a refund will NOT be issued.
  • Return or Disposal: Should the customer refuse to pay customs duties within the period specified by the shipping company, the entire package will be returned or disposed of. Even if the customer later decides to pay the duties, it may be too late for a refund or redelivery.
3. Recipient Unreachable
  • Accurate Information Requirement: If the address or contact information provided by the customer is incorrect, we will send an email requesting the correct details. If the customer fails to provide the required information within the period specified by the shipping company, the entire package will be returned or disposed of.
  • Refund/Redelivery Policy: In such cases, a refund or redelivery will NOT be possible.
